Are there issues or circumstances/challenges that you’ve gone through or you’re going through in your life that has brought so much pain as a result of a wounded heart or a broken heart?
If yes then there is good news for you today. There is someone whose specialty is in healing the wounded heart and binding the broken heart according to Isaiah 61:1 (Amplified version).
THE SPIRIT of the Lord God is upon me, because the Lord has anointed and qualified me to preach the Gospel of good tidings to the meek, the poor, and afflicted; He has sent me to bind up and heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the [physical and spiritual] captives and the opening of the prison and of the eyes to those who are bound.
Jesus is able to heal that wounded heart and bind your broken heart (Psalm 147:3) if only you will give him a chance to help you. Do not shut God away from you, release your heart to him by letting out your pain. If you need to cry to let out the pain to the Lord, please do. Don’t be ashamed of opening up yourself to the Lord, tell Him about the hurt, pain, betrayals, disappointments e.t.c.
God is with an outstretched arm waiting for you to allow Him to embrace you, comfort you and heal you. By the stripes of Jesus you were healed(Isaiah 53:5), kindly take note of the past tense used in the scripture. You have been healed and all you need to do is to receive your healing.
